“I was fortunate to meet Amy Morris through the Trailblazer Mentorship Program, where she generously offers her time and guidance to helping others within the Salesforce community. Before meeting Amy, I struggled with many of the hurdles of starting a Salesforce career. She took the time to understand my goals and provided the guidance I needed to refocus and get back on the track to success. Amy has inspired me to grow and take risks. It was her encouragement that empowered me to step out of my comfort zone and enter a large contest where I demonstrated my Salesforce skills. After presenting my work in front of hundreds of people, I ended up winning the contest! It has been a pleasure getting to know Amy. Her willingness to invest in others' success, even beyond her professional and personal commitments, is a true reflection of her outstanding character.”

What are some ways to maintain your fitness routine while on a business trip?
1. Does your hotel have a gym or pool? Use it! 2. If not find a gym or studio that offers free trials and take a class or two. 3. An early morning run before the day gets busy is the perfect way to get moving and explore a new city! 4. If the trip is for a big conference, maybe you'll find a running buddy among other attendees (this worked for me at Dreamforce!)
