Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great location. I like it very much. It is very convenient to go to various scenic spots in Guiyang. The room is very nice. You can see the night view at night. There is a bathtub for bathing. There are disposable bath bags. There is also an office computer for printing things. It is very good and has a lot of things.

The overall feeling of this hotel is quite good, but the parking lot is really difficult to park. The area is very large, the terrain is a bit complicated, the lighting is very dim and narrow, but the lady at the front desk will call in advance and send a very clear guide video, which is actually quite easy to find. The surrounding environment is a bit noisy and crowded, and the elevator is a bit old. In fact, these are not the hotel's problems, but it's different when you enter the hotel. Near Guiyangbei the railway station. Clean bedsheets. Room is clean. Mr. Qin welcomed and helped us a lot from to order a taxi to go to Ping ba garden and was willing to spend time helping us finding some information because we could not speak or read Chinese. He was very helpful and friendly and patient.

When we arrived on the first day, the sun was about to set. After entering from the west gate, we took the shuttle bus for about 3 minutes to reach Changzixiao Station. It was already dark at this time. Because it was a downhill road, we decided to walk to the hotel instead of changing to the second shuttle bus. The housekeeper Lala came to meet us and picked us up. She was very enthusiastic to pull the suitcases for us. Although we said no, she still couldn't grab it. Later, Xiaojie also came. Because we had to walk up many steps from the main road to the hotel, we had to pick up the boxes and walk. Our boxes were quite heavy, about 17 kilograms. When we arrived at the hotel front desk, Lala introduced us to the check-in matters and the Miao village cuisine and photo shooting recommendations. Since we had to check out very early the next day, Lala also prepared milk bread for us as breakfast for the next day. We were very satisfied with the hotel environment and facilities. There was a bathtub and a hammock on the balcony. You can enjoy the night view of the Miao village while taking a bath. Fresh fruits were also provided in the room. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night and the time was very short. We are also very grateful to the housekeeper Kang Kang who sent us the next day. The room is very large, with both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel thoughtfully prepared bathtub covers, toilet seat disinfection, bath salts, etc. The details are full. The slippers are the best quality in my 10-day trip to Guizhou, better than the five-star Guizhou Hotel VIP Building. There is also a business car to take you to the passenger shuttle when you leave the hotel, which is very friendly to tourists who have to carry the elderly and children and drag luggage. The only drawback is that the hotel has too many stairs and no elevator.

I have stayed in many hotels, but this one has done a really great job with its details! It was the first time I saw a clothes rail in the room. I didn't know what it was for at first, but they actually made a clothes drying rack on the air-conditioning outlet! The details are really perfect! The service is also very good! The front desk is very considerate and the breakfast is delicious! The sister who cooks breakfast is always smiling, and the point is that breakfast is delayed until 12 o'clock! It is really friendly to lazy people! The laundry room has washing machines and dryers, as well as laundry detergent. The laundry room is not crowded. There are 4 washing machines and four dryers. All public facilities are on the fourth floor, which avoids noise and is also convenient for guests to provide one-stop service. The room card received has various service instructions of the hotel, which is really super convenient. It is a hotel I will stay in next time!

Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

Their hotel is located in the business district of the financial city. It only takes ten minutes by taxi from the North Station. It is very convenient. There are several large shopping malls downstairs. There are also many restaurants downstairs. It is very convenient whether you are out for fun or on a business trip. Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. The hotel is located in the ancient city and there is a very nice view from the room provided. The room has a balcony with a table and chairs which are comfortable for drinking tea or coffee. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is in an excellent location, 20 meters away from Zhusheng Bridge. You can see Zhusheng Bridge from the window. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to Qinglong Cave Scenic Area and 2 minutes to walk to the entrance of Shiping Mountain! There is an elevator, a laundry room, a cafe with a great view on the roof, and a great lounge area on the first floor! The room is very clean, and the sound insulation between the rooms is good. The whistle of the train in the distance is very loud, but fortunately double-glazed glass is used to reduce it a lot! Based on the principle of not wanting to make any trouble, I chose the same ”Monogatari Mountain Breeze B&B” for two nights. It was a great experience. In the evening, I can enjoy the sunset on the terrace. It's amazing🌄 2⃣️It's really comfortable in the off-season. You can have an experience of thousands of dollars for a few hundred dollars. The cost performance is beyond expectations. Several details really touched me. ➡️The breakfast is not bad (complain about the bread machine. I don't know if it's the power or something else. It's easy to get mushy) ➡️Hygiene! It's really clean! When I first read other accommodation posts shared by others, I was worried about whether there would be bugs, but the fact is that I was overthinking. ➡️The B&B is a brick-concrete building, but surprisingly, the sound insulation is OK (maybe it’s because of the off-season) 3⃣️The B&B owner is also very nice. He took the initiative to contact us from the time of booking. When we checked in, he told us about the structure of the entire village and how to play. Friends who go to Huangguoshu Waterfall highly recommend the Mercure Hotel. The hotel decoration is elegant, the rooms are spacious and bright, the equipment and facilities are complete and high-end, and the room service is considerate and considerate.
