Excellent location, near all the main shopping area and lake, plus the side street was also cool, with many shops and restaurants. Room was a nice size, however, I feel the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest as they were all creased. I showed the woman on the front desk who spoke excellent English, she arranged to get them changed. Breakfast was ok. Gym was very small, so a little disappointing. The location made the stay more enjoyable, overall it wasn’t bad.

My partner and I enjoyed staying in Elong Hotel. Though it is one of the simplest room in the hotel, it came with a makeup area with a Dyson hair dryer (almost with all the hair accessories), comfortable sofa, super high technology lights and curtain system. I also liked their free self service laundry area, which you can keep track of the time using the room’s tv. The location is also very ideal, just right outside the metro station I truly enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Will come back to stay again in this hotel when i come back go Hangzhou 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We are never disappointed in the Marriott in Yiwu. We have stayed there many times.We are able to meet in the lobby lounge and plan our day at market, We can use our room to review product samples and plan our purchases in comfort. Good service of Manager Levy.

The location was everything for me, shopping mall with all key brands in Glory mall, can walk to all market districts, the height of the hotel was awesome. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. My room was on the 29th floor, good view.

We loved our stay at the Canopy by Hilton in Hangzhou. We arrived at 15.30 but needed to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The room is fantastic, really stylish and clean. All staff in the hotel were very helpful and attentive, especially the cleaning team. We really enjoyed the free cocktail available in the bar in the evening, this was a great touch! The staff were accommodating about leaving our car in the car park until 8pm. The only fault in the whole experience was breakfast.y wife and I both ordered from the A La carte menu and my wife ordered noodles and I ordered eggs. My wife’s noodles arrived in 5 minutes and my eggs took nearly 40 minutes. Naturally we were frustrated and the staff explained this was because they were waiting for other egg orders to be able to cook together in a batch. This is not how breakfast service works because I wanted to enjoy breakfast together with my wife and to get out and enjoy Hangzhou as soon as possible. This is especially frustrating when the restaurant was not busy as we arrived early at 7am.

Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

The resort is beyond expectation. It’s located right next to the famous West Lake with its own stunning garden. We found out from the tour (4pm daily - highly recommended) that the smooth and sophisticated Long Jing green tea in our room is grown right at the backyard of the hotel, making the legit “West Lake” Long Jing tea - #1 top 10 Chinese teas. staffs are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the classic Chinese style. Everything in resort, from each drawer in the room to each flower in the garden, is extremely well thought-out. No wonder it is chosen to be the official resort to host guests (Barack Obama, Lee Hsien Loong, etc.) for G20 and Asian Games. We’ll certainly come back!

I traveled in Hangzhou for 3 days and 2 nights and chose to stay at Sofitel Hangzho West Lake because the location of the hotel is near West Lake. The room is clean and spacious, with complete equipment. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious. I also received a set of mooncakes as a gift from booking this time. I am very impressed. In the future, if I have a chance to travel to Hangzhou, I will come back to stay here again.

I'm from South Korea, my team and I stayed for two nights for a business meeting, and we had a truly satisfying experience. What we appreciated the most was our dining experience at the Chinese restaurant on Basement Level 4 over Sunday and Monday. We were able to enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine at a relaxed pace and at a reasonable price. Additionally, the staff thoughtfully and meticulously served the liquors without corkage charge. A particularly memorable moment occurred on Monday evening. Before the dessert was served, we accidentally settled the bill and returned to our room, forgetting about the dessert. However, the staff noticed this and kindly delivered a warm note, along with fruits and an apology message, to our room. This gesture left us deeply impressed and grateful. I just hope you to encourage their warm minds. As we have several more business trips planned to Hangzhou in the near future, we are already looking forward to staying at InterContinental again.

Location was good, right by metro station and shopping mall with multiple dining options (fancy restaurants). Just few minutes walk to the lake. Very nice lounge with live music. Service was top notch, the staff was amazing, bilingual and very attentive to our needs. No lake view and facilities were a bit dated.

My favorite Hotel in yiwu, rooms are extra clean and modern. directly in the Center and walking distance to many places and still quite at night and have a good sleep,few minutes with a taxi to the markets, breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties, been staying here everytime I come and will always come back 💯

I came here with two large pieces of luggage. The front desk staff, Xiao Li Zhao, was very nice to me. He helped bring my luggage from the car to the hotel. He kindly suggested that I could leave the luggage with him. He would bring it to my room after I checked in. I did. Right after I went to my room, he brought my luggage in. This really helped me a lot. The front desk staff was also very nice. I got fruits and food after I checked in. The breakfast food was great. Overall, it was a great experience staying in the hotel.

This hotel is definitely a premium one, from the greeting at the entrance by a very friendly and outgoing male receptionist at the first floor to lovely female receptionist on the 22 floor. Although, the check in time was about forty minutes wait the staff regularly updated us on the situation of the room so this made the wait time easier. Also, the hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to malls, restaurants and other fast food brands. The room was modern, with a unique layout. The amenities from TV, to bathtub, smart toilet, curtains, and lights were also functional and easy to use. The bathtub was spacious, which provided for lots of comfort and space to move for someone with a larger body frame. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. Other than the room the hotel has spa, bar, restaurant, and Cafe services. Breakfast was top-notch, with many Western and Chinese dishes to pick from. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and loved that we were able to enjoy dishes from around the world. All in all, lovely hotel that depicts premium in staff, location, room, and food.

Excellent hotel, great view from every room. Big clean rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious and they have a free laundry service! That's priceless for an international traveler, it is my new home in Yiwu.

The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly, but they didn't speak English and were sometimes unwilling to help. For instance, they refused to help me heat my food in the microwave. Additionally, you have to carry your own luggage as the hotel staff does not assist with it. Location is great, no doubts.

Second time in 3 weeks that we booked and stayed at this hotel. It is one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. We will come back again. We stayed in a Superior Queen Room looking onto a big lake which was very beautiful. We went to the pool and had a sauna as well. Breakfast was great and supper also looked great but we did not eat supper there. One disappointing thing was the Costa coffee that we had while waiting for our Didi. It was ice cold and cost a lot of money. The free coffee at breakfast was better than that, so I would not recommend that(maybe it was just my bad luck).

I booked last minute but I was so so lucky to book this hotel. The staff were all so nice and friendly, even they cannot speak English but they were always willing to help me anytime. The location is super good, just 5 steps to the town. The room is nice, they even get the water purifier machine - which I was so suprised. The smell like tea too. Very cosy and friendly - it's 100% worth for the price. I definitely book again for my next trip

Hotel it’s one of the best in this city . Location also very convenient and with clean and modern environment. Public areas very cold , especially at the breakfast restaurant.. suppose to be warm but unfortunately most of guest need to keep the coat on . Not suitable to eat dinner at the hotel due for the same reason . Pity .

I stayed at Shengting Hotel last weekend and had a very good experience. Since the telephone consultation, the housekeeper Linlin was very kind and considerate. She took the initiative to add WeChat, helped confirm the order, and arranged for the little brother to wait at the tourist center to take us in. Because there were 3 adults on this trip, an extra bed was needed. The hotel arranged two room types for us to choose if the room allowed. One is a suite with a large room area, but it will be a little noisy on the street. The other is a superior king-size bed room with a relatively small area but quiet. In the end, we chose the suite. Although there will be some human voice interference at night (the hotel reminded us), the overall stay was extremely comfortable. My mother even felt that she slept better than at home. I have been to Wuzhen many times before, and I have stayed in many hotels inside and outside. None of them can compare with Shengting in terms of service. In addition, there are obvious advantages in hardware. The hotel is located in the middle of the main road. It is convenient to go either way. A few meters from the door is the designated location for the drama festival carnival performance. It is very convenient to watch the performance. The design of the hotel is also in line with my aesthetic taste. The overall structure is an old house, and the room is antique and beautiful. And because it is not near the water, it will not be damp and cold. Once I stayed in other hotels, the quilt was damp... The hotel has several options for breakfast. We chose the morning tea guest (equivalent to the self-service of each morning tea stall in the floating market). It is so comfortable to have tea by the water. Finally, we wanted to go to Beizha before leaving. After Linlin learned about it, she arranged a brother to take us to Beizhakou by the best route. Although this trip to Wuzhen only lasted two days and one night, it was very successful and happy. I am especially grateful to the housekeeper Linlin and several brothers. I will only choose Shengting when I go to Wuzhen in the future.

Service: I added the butler’s WeChat the day before check-in, and the butler took me to Wuzhen after I arrived (a free ticket to Xizha was given upon check-in). Because of watching a play at the Wuzhen Drama Festival, my husband and I booked a one-night stay. The quality of sleep is not good, so I want to find a quiet place to stay. Yiyuan is very quiet and I slept well at night. The breakfast is divided into Chinese and Western varieties and tastes good. Before checking in, the hotel housekeeper Yuhan contacted in advance. The guests staying in the hotel can park in the hotel VIP parking space in the indoor parking lot. After arriving, the housekeeper was already waiting in the parking lot. The check-in procedures were also completed in advance, and we took the battery car directly to the hotel. Although I only stayed for a day and a night, the housekeeper Yuhan's service was very meticulous and thoughtful, and she was responsive, making people feel at home. 👍, the Jinyan dinner that helped to book was also very delicious. There are pomelo trees planted outside the hotel's breakfast room facing the water. I also saw a big white bird flying and stopping by the water. It is also very close to the old street outside the hotel. It is very comfortable to take a walk in the evening. It is a pleasant journey.
