Thank you Livefortuna Hotel Beijing for the warmth welcome and great service. Thank you for the gift from the staff lady in the front door. Also thank you to Mr. Haijun Li for taking care of my luggage. This is probably one of the cleanest hotel I have ever been. I am a return customer and I will always be.

Lovely place, great breakfast. Washing machine, fridge and microwave, air purifier if you need it IN THE ROOM ITSELF. Very compact, too small for a giant like me.

Very helpful stuff, clean big rooms, I even stayed for more 2 days. Love the location and a good vibes at the hotel. Swimming pool with the view and a great gym. Wonderful breakfast

It's very cost-effective. If there is a problem, you can solve it right away. and there is so kind manager. He's name is Alyosha Zaitsev. We were able to take a taxi comfortably thanks to the manager's help. It's also good to order delivery food. There is also a convenience store nearby.

We stayed here for six nights, and I’m really glad I chose this hotel. The service is exceptional, and the breakfast is both delicious and freshly made. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!. I would definitely love to stay here again. Everything about this place was enjoyable – the location, the rooms, the service, the breakfast, and the cleanliness!

Overall it was a nice stay, just that the cleaner need to be more proactive, they did not help to clean the rubbish (food waste) which left on the floor or table which we already packed in a plastic bag (too big unable to fit it in the dustbin). After that we just left those rubbish outside the room.

She contacted me in advance to arrange my room and ensured that all my needs were met during my stay. Her attention to detail and excellent service truly enhanced my experience. Additionally, the hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and spoke English very well, making communication easy and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. I highly recommend LiveFortuna and am grateful for the seamless and enjoyable experience. This hotel was exceptionally clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were not only courteous but also went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The gym and pool offered breathtaking views of the city, making for a truly spectacular setting to relax and unwind. The pool staff were incredibly helpful and professional, providing insightful suggestions for sightseeing and local attractions. Additionally, the housekeeping team was attentive and responsive to our needs, ensuring that our accommodations were always pristine. At the front desk, the staff exhibited a warm friendliness that made us feel right at home. Their helpfulness was evident in every interaction, further enhancing our overall experience at the hotel.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and very smartly laid out with a lot of compartments for storage. There’s also a cooking area of washing machine, a microwave and a dining area, perfect for longer stays like ours. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful, especially 小朱, who helped us with our luggage and took the time to explain in detail the features of the room to us. He is also the tallest man in the hotel 😎 10/10 would come back to stay here again we don’t wanna leave :(

Overall, the hotel js nice. Our room was spacy enough, well-equipped (but everything in Chinese, with no English manuals), clean. The breakfast was good too, variety of eggs, one meat dish, two coffee machines available. The staff spoke good English and was helpful. But. There were two huge downsides: old airdryer that didn't' blow and was extra hot. So, there was no hairdryer at all at this point as it doesn't do what it is supposed to. And the main negative thing was the fact that the staff turned off the cooling function of all air conditioners!!!! We were shocked. Very hot everywhere in the hotel, even in the gym (+32 deg. Celsius on the screen!), and even in the rooms! No choice for good sleep in cool temperature. We haven't seen anything like this anywhere else.

Great facilities, location is very good and easy to find. Plentiful food options nearby. Rooms are clean, laundry room is convenient.

Great hotel to stay! It’s very clean, near metro and located in nice part of Beijing. Breakfast’s were various for any taste.

Nice hotel, very clean and good service

The hotel is nice with swimming pool and a gym on the top floor and a sky bar on the floor below. I had a double deluxe room that was nice clean and big. Was more like a small apartment, with even a very useful wash/drier machine free to use. Breakfast was good for me. Mainly Chinese style food, but quality was good, so for me was ok. I had a big issue loosing my passport in Beijing and I want to thank everyone of the staff who was involved in this situation. They did their best to solve the problem and they assisted me in this unpleasant situation. Thank you all, your help was really appreciated and was essential to solve this situation. At the end I had to extend my stay for a few days more and they let me stay in my room even if I had booked a smaller and less expensive room. So thank you also for this.
