Nice accommodation for solo travelers. Staffs are kind and attentive. Cute corgis at the cafe/ front desk. 15min taxi ride to Badaling Great Wall.

Although it was in the low season, the hotel was very nice. Pretty views from the window and very quiet. Spacious shower with everything you need. There were not many opened businesses in the town, but the staff was very helpful to make sure we would find a nice restaurant. Breakfast was Chinese style, not really our taste, but still good and plenty to choose from. The reception desk serves great coffee and the corgi dogs are cute. Excellent spot for visiting the Wall and hiking.

Beautiful place with spacious rooms, a cafe and breakfast included. They also have two corgis which is great bonus! Convenient if you are visiting badaling. Only downside might be not enough dinner options nearby but they do allow you to barbecue in the compound.

The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff.

We spent one night here. The location was great as it is not far from the highway and from the hotel the Shui Guan Great Wall is only a five minute walk away. The room was nice and very quiet. Breakfast was quite simple. There are a few restaurants further up the street, including a couple cafes.

Great location! Very near to the entry and exit gates of Great wall at badaling. Nice staff they offered us a free of charge upgrade to our booked room.

I enjoyed this hotel so much ! It’s a bit away from the crowds that’s why you can enjoy the atmosphere of being in the mountains . The room was cosy and had an interesting design ! Bed was comfortable and cafe outside was cosy too ) two sweet doggies live there and you can enjoy petting them any time you wish ) the view from the roof was amazing and you could enjoy watching the Great Wall while sitting on the chair among the water on the roof 🥰 Shuiguan Great Wall was just 5 minutes away from the hotel ! I enjoyed climbing it , there were almost no people and It gives you an amazing feeling of being one -on -one with the nature and the wall! ❤️ the only thing I didn’t like - there was a smell in the bathroom . And when man in the next room started shouting in the evening - I could hear it very well! Because the walls in the hotel are sin. Nice guy in the reception immediately helped me to solve this problem - he wrote to my neighbours and they stopped creaming 🙏 all in all I liked this place and hope to come back one day ! thank you for the wonderful stay ! 🙏❤️

We had a great time at Yueli. This is the second time we visited and we will come back again for sure. We love the design of the rooms and the hotel as a whole. The team is super nice and helpful as well.

Hotel is located in a busy street with many restaurants and hotels (some being built still) close to the Badaling entrance of the Great Wall. The host is very kind and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. Don't book this hotel for the outdoor pool as it was almost empty and we couldn't use it. Chinese breakfast: vegetarian option pictured (non-vegetarian seemed to include sausages).

Location: You can take a taxi directly to the B&B, or you can take a taxi directly from the B&B to Badaling Great Wall World to climb the Great Wall. A few hundred meters uphill is the restaurant group; Service: The brother and sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic, more considerate than the service of Yuecai JW Marriott when I stayed here. They added contact information in advance, sent me the restaurant location, breakfast time and route, etc., and also reported the weather conditions of Badaling that day to remind me to put on more clothes and hats before climbing the Great Wall. The pair of corgis raised by the store are really strong and friendly. Very comfortable B&B, right at the foot of the Shuiguan Great Wall, easy to find by navigation, with parking lot at the door. There is an activity hall on the 1st floor where you can drink coffee, and movies will be shown in the activity hall at 19:00 in the evening. The rooftop on the 4th floor is very suitable for taking pictures! You can clearly see the Great Wall. There are also two chubby corgis, so cute and very friendly!

Mosquitoes are inevitable at the foot of the mountain, but there are no bugs in our room👍 Service: The store owner is very enthusiastic and provides children's toiletries, iodine, and floral water. Before leaving, he introduced nearby restaurants, precautions, etc. Ono and Edamame are very enthusiastic, and the children had a great time. We will make an appointment to come again next time in spring
