They tried to charge me for “late check out” for just going to pick up my bags later.

I stayed here for five days and although the location and the room itself are pretty nice, the services included are quite lacking. For the entirety of my stay, the wi-fi was not working (except for a couple of odd hours in odd places at the hotel) and the staff could not care less about that fact. In general, most of the reception staff is quite unhelpful and although not rude, certainly not welcoming either. Breakfast was pretty decent, however not included in the price of the room. But, you do get a nice selection for 12 Euros. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you simply need a clean place with hot water while in Berlin.

Perfect location, friendly staff, smooth check in/out, not so good ventilation and the floor is noisy cracking when step on it .. Generally, recommended.

I had very bad experience with this hotel. There was not hot water for the entire two days spent at this hotel. When I complained that I should at least be compensated by min 50%, they refused and returned nothing. I felt it is unfair recognizing the service I received and what I paid. I felt cheated. In the room, TV is very small, only one pillow and bathroom is very small. Carpet was dirty and room was smelly. NO AC. I will not book here again. Not recommended at all.

Situated next to the bus stop and the train station. It takes 20 minutes to get to the centre by bus and 45 minutes to get to the airport by train. The staff is not friendly. The heating in the bathroom did not work. Having complained to the reception, the hotel staff brought a fan to the room! Why? In January. By the way, having arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM, and the official check-in is after 3:00 PM, the hotel staff said that the room was not ready. “Well”, they prepared it, nothing to say. The breakfast is not tasty, in principle, to be fair, you will not go hungry, but… it is an acquired taste. A separate point is the coffee (attached a photo). “It”, stands on the tables in teapots. It tastes neither like coffee, nor like tea, nor like cocoa.

The room was quite spacious for a single room, and the bathroom was especially spacious and clean. The heating worked well. There was no kettle in the room, so I went to the front desk, and they said I could borrow one with a 10 euro cash deposit. (I gave up because I didn't have any cash.) There is also a supermarket nearby.

The price is cheap, the location is good, and it is close to the subway station. However, the service attitude is not good. If you don't mind, you can stay. The heating in the room is sufficient and it is very quiet. If you care about convenience, I recommend staying. If you care about the service attitude, it is recommended to take a detour.

The hotel has a long history and a retro style. The rooms are a bit old, the chair legs are broken, and the wooden floor makes noises when you step on it. There are no other problems. The room is very clean.

For the price, the hotel's facilities are indeed quite good. Breakfast, restaurant, 24-hour front desk. The indoor facilities are also quite clean and complete, but there is no air conditioning. Although the place is not close to the city center, it is quite close to the train station. There are all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and other lifestyle shops nearby, making it a quiet yet prosperous choice.
