I requested a ground floor room on booking as I have a disability and stairs are a problem for me. Arrived 3pm to be advised that it was a first floor room (no lift) and the stairs were easy and no problem. I kept advising the guy that they were a problem for me and that he could not change room to ground floor one as hotel was fully booked. He would not advise if all ground floor guests had checkec in and just said cannot help. As pre-paid and busy weekend I had to take the room given but was very nervous on the stairs as my knees had given way on me a few times previously. Room clean but was smllest ever seen - could just edge round the beds-no room to store luggage or bags. Small ferry cabin was much bigger. Put me off Kyriad big style and will revert to Campanile where the staff are friendly and always helpful.

Very quiet hotel close to the airfield in Dieppe. We stayed in a family room 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Family of 4 with 2 children. The room was clean and tidy and well laid out. We arrived a 11pm and the reception was closed but a brief call to the number on the door and thankfully in English, we were directed to our room. We went to the local bakery 3 minutes down the road for breakfast and left easily the next day after paying the tourist tax at reception. There was a lidl just outside the hotel which would have been handy if we had needed to pick up any supplies. Good value stay!

Warm friendly welcoming reception. French/English speaking. Efficient check-in. Bed supremely comfortable (firm). Room immaculately clean. Request for ground floor room accommodated. Ample free parking adjacent to the room. Very convenient location for ferry terminal.

Can't fault this budget stop over, our room was clean, The hotel was easy to find and its location / access perfect. We had a good quiet sleep, mattress was firm and I would stay again as handy to the Dieppe ferry port.

The hotel is relatively clean, the hotel provides towels and toilet paper. However, toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, so you need to prepare it yourself. The room is not big, so it's okay to get a night's sleep. It’s more convenient to drive there, but it’s troublesome if you don’t have a car. The hotel’s breakfast is very simple, just some coffee, milk, bread and the like. Parking is very convenient.
