We professionally send the bed sheets and linens for cleaning! The eyeliner above should be a little bit of makeup that the guest accidentally bounced on, which is a normal phenomenon! The one on the backrest cannot be seen for the time being, but we will check and rectify it immediately! As for the floor, we don’t know why a slipper was thrown in the middle for taking pictures, and we don’t know what happened in the process! After our cleaning staff carefully cleans the room, we will also check the room again! In terms of facilities, we have been constantly maintaining and updating to ensure that the basic needs of guests can be met. Maybe we have not met your expectations in some aspects, and we will continue to work hard to improve. But regarding hygiene issues, we have strict cleaning procedures and standards, and each room will be carefully cleaned and inspected before guests check in.
