You have to stay here! Everything is perfect. Hotel is lovely. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. We had a problem and one staff member had excellent English and could solve our problem. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Thank you again, I highly recommend your hotel.

It is located in the city center and close to Goseong, where major tourist attractions are located. It is convenient to travel and participate in tours from the day tour pick-up location of Xianggong Temple and Ningxiang Wooden Pagoda near Datong.

Great service, staff was so nice, rooms are new and western style, and location is perfect to walk around the ancient city. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was very pleasant and the location just outside the old city was very convenient. Hotel breakfast and dinner were great and getting to see a drum ceremony performed for the hotel on our first morning was a bonus!

The location of the B&B is excellent. Guandi Temple and the ancient city pedestrian street are just outside the door. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. You can walk to Huayan Temple and Shanhua Temple. The small courtyard is quiet and it can be seen that it has been carefully decorated. Of course, the cutest thing is the kittens in the yard! There is a tortoiseshell cat, who is pregnant. I heard from the B&B owner that this is the fourth time she is pregnant with kittens. After giving birth this time, she will be sterilized! Give the owner a thumbs up!

The location is very good. It's very close to Datong South Railway Station, Drum Tower, Prince Dai's Mansion, Nine Dragon Wall, and Shanhua Temple. When I was shooting costumes in the ancient city, the landlady even let me shoot in the courtyard, which was beyond the scope of the movie.

I stayed one night at the hotel. I was visiting Datong. I arrived early and asked front desk if I could leave my suitcase whilst I did some sightseeing. The front desk staff told me I could check into my room. The young lady who assisted me spoke some English. She also helped me with booking tickets to visit the Yungang Grottes. My room rate included breakfast which had a wide choice of items. The room I had (1212) was spotlessly clean and had a view towards the old walls. I would highly recommend this hotel for a tourist visit.

As this was my first time traveling alone, choosing a hotel was a difficult problem, but staying at Dadan Hotel dispelled my previous concerns. The service of the front desk lady was very warm and warm, with an inexplicable sense of intimacy. It is very convenient to travel by taxi or bus. The bus station is about 100 meters away, and online taxis can be there in a few minutes. It takes less than 20 minutes to walk to Yongtai South Gate, the south gate of the ancient city. Taking a taxi is the starting price. It is within walking distance to Longjuxiang, Zini 369, Huayan Temple and Shanhua Temple. Buses can reach Yungang Grottoes, Datong Museum, art galleries, etc. If you don’t have too high requirements for breakfast, you can walk 50 meters to Mr. Li. All in all, the experience was very good and I will come again next time.
