Stepping to delhi after 23 yrs and staying at the leela was wonderful,and of course being the Leela,its all about luxury and 1st class..staffs were very polite and friendly,right from the concierge(AKILESH) right to the receptionist (ANMOL),all was so welcoming and loving towards my mother and me..keep up tye great work👍👍👍👍👍

Flawless. The clean rooms, the spacious lobby, the friendly staff, and the hearty restaurant are all great. In particular, the customer management system adds trust.

Breakfast is ok and can be full! It seems that an extra bed can be added, but the room is not large and may be crowded. It is better to use a sofa. My room has a bench. Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it. Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place. Had a pleasant experience!! Would like to appreciate all the staff at the hotel, they were very helpful and welcoming. Location was also very convenient and easily accessible.Rooms provided were clean and had all amenities. Enjoyed the tasty food and hospitality. A very good place for families to stay. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again!!

This property was so good and I’m so happy and with location hotel staff and they upgrade my room and breakfast was good.

Overall experience was good. I liked the hollow design of the hotel. The breakfast was great with range of choices and everything was delicious. I liked the choices of European style breakfast. It has a lot of guests and had to wait to check-in. There was no hand towel, shower floor towel or smaller towels, only bath towel. It was little disappointing. I would love to have all the steel and shower glasses clean, but it wasn't. Hope they will focus more on the deep cleaning. Overall i would recommend.

I had an exceptional breakfast experience at the K3 restaurant in JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity, Delhi. Initially, I went to the breakfast area intending to have only fruits, given that it was my Ekadashi fasting day, a time when I abstain from consuming grains. However, in accordance with Vaishnava fasting traditions, I am permitted to have meals prepared with quinoa. To my pleasant surprise, Chef Sudheer Kumar approached me, eager to enhance my breakfast experience at JW Marriott. I shared with him that it was my Ekadashi fasting day and that I was only allowed to eat dishes prepared with quinoa. I then inquired if he could prepare 'Quinoa Upma' for me, a meal incorporating various vegetables, but devoid of any grains. Undeterred by my request, he assured me he would try to accommodate my dietary restriction and left to prepare my meal. Within ten minutes, he returned with a bowl of Quinoa Upma exuding a delightful aroma. The flavor was simply fabulous, far surpassing my expectations. I truly believe it was Lord Krishna's mercy ***ifesting through Chef Sudheer Kumar that made my day so special. This delightful experience was made possible by the dedicated service of Chef Sudheer Kumar and the attentive team at JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity. For the past one and a half years, I've been staying at this hotel whenever I visit Delhi, India, and each stay has been absolutely wonderful. Interestingly, I hail from Boston and, while I appreciate the services provided by the JW Marriott establishments in the United States, I believe the uniquely personalized service I received here today is unparalleled.

I had a really nice day and really enjoyed the room service, my only complaint if I were to have one is that they called me after every time I hit room service to see if the food was good. I really value being left alone and private in hotels, so it was a little annoying, but other than that, it was a perfect day, one of the best holidays inns the world..
