Terrible room experience, decent breakfast. At checkin we were greeted by the receptionist who apologized for not having the room ready and made us wait a while in the lobby. The room that was given to us was arranged in a rush, there’s a carpet under the bed that won’t fit when the sofa bed next to it was extended, the WiFi network wont work no matter if you entered the room and last name correctly, the curtain was half broken, the bathroom door won’t close, the room service mentioned everywhere is not available or closed, this was so far pretty bad. But the worse is yet to come, we tried to fix the carpet after stumbling with it a couple of times, the sofa had a storage cast when we opened it there was a dead bed bug, that took us by surprise, we have been in other Hilton hotels this is not common. We called the reception they agreed we needed a new room, they gave us the room in front, we weren’t sure about it but gave it a try, when we came in there was what seemed like a very old dessert on the table for the rest the roomed seemed to be better than the first one, for sure the cleaning is terrible in this hotel. After spending the night, I tried to use the gym in the morning that went well except that there was a water fountain but no glasses, I had to go all the way back to the reception to get one. The breakfast was pretty good the breakfast host was friendly and had everything in order, although some of the food was already half spoiled, some pieces from the bakery were old and some fresh, a mixed experience on that but in the end way better than the rest.
