Good location, to town 10min drive. Directly located right infront of the ski area

Awesome place! I would recommend this place to families with young children. They have a kids room, and gave monopoly notes for the kids to 'buy' small toys or snacks. Upon checked in they gave my son a small game, which he can get a small gift once he completed the task. The hotel provides free laundromat service, but we didn't use it. They kindly gave us coupon to use in the shop. They also provide snacks and drinks for their guest. My son loved this place, we will definitely come back again.

Hotel staff were friendly,some could speak English. The room and bed was small but enough for us. Cleanliness is fair. The Library with fairly good coffee machine was a plus with the coin laundry next to. The free ice drinks corner is wonderful. The onsen was small. For the reasonable price I cannot complain. Best for family I love that they have fireworks and stamp collection games for kids to enjoy.

Great location and service, couldn’t fault that. Helpful staff and literally across the road from the gondola. Great inclusions like afternoon tea with desert bar with nice selection of tasty deserts, ice cream and drinks in the evenings. Breakfast could be improved, great for those that like seafood, but not so great for more western food options. I am sure even in winter there are apples, bananas and other options rather than frozen fruits and pastry that comes in packages that lasts a few weeks or at least that is how pastry tasted. One of the kids only eats toast and eggs or pastry and milk for breakfast and couldn’t find anything to eat there. But my husband loved the buffet. Rooms are pretty outdated, so be mindful. Bathrooms haven’t had anything done to them since probably 80-90th, but it was clean and public bath was good. Restaurant was booked out for dinners for a week in advance (at least) when we checked in but it seemed like there is only one seating in general for dinner.

Very good hotel! It feels very homey. The hotel does its best to serve its guests, This is the most cost-effective ski hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. Sake and amazake are provided every day to warm up the residents. A wide range of hotel supplies are available for use. The morning and evening buffets are also exceptionally good. The staff who rented ski equipment were also very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions. He also thoughtfully remembered that my left foot is relatively big and helped me arrange my shoes. I will definitely come here for the second time, I wish you better and better.

The facilities of this hotel are very unsatisfactory. In particular, the hotel only has one elevator, so we need to take the stairs to go up and down. If there are other hotels, we will not stay in this hotel again.

Definitely a hotel worth staying at again! Definitely worth the price of admission! It’s well worth taking the kids! The hotel itself has some small activities that you can participate in. If you want to be able to participate in all activities, it is recommended to check in around three o'clock. There is a wave pool, marshmallow roasting activities, and dessert time, which are all suitable for children! In addition, there are many supplies available for children, such as diapers, pajamas and slippers. In terms of meals, dinner time seems to be rushed because there are only about 90 minutes to eat, but it is actually enough time to eat. There is an unlimited supply of different alcoholic drinks, and grilling your own scallops is well worth the price! In addition, the cheese buffet they provide is very delicious! There is also unlimited fish roe for breakfast! After dinner, there is also time for ice cream and draft beer, so keep an eye out! Although the large bathhouse is not big, it is very considerate and provides ducks and beach toys for children to enjoy bathing time with their parents. There is also an outdoor hot spring, which feels very considerate! 

The room was clean and tidy, with lots of snacks, desserts, and unlimited drinks. The breakfast was very rich.

Dinner and breakfast were very good. Drinks included beer and liquor. Thai staff. Khun Kat was excellent. The hot spring bath was a bit small. Overall good. Thank you.

The location is far from the station, so driving is no problem. It is very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces. The room faces the snow-capped mountains, which is beautiful. There are 1 bathhouse, 2 indoor hot spring pools, and 1 outdoor hot spring pool. There are not many people and it is clean. There is a public leisure area in the evening with free soda machine drinks, which is very good.
