I need to understand, that if I'm STUPID. So, here after work when I wanted to sip on a few moments of liquor, the hotel reception & housekeeping says : ”We don't have cold water Sir” So, I ask ”Do you have ice ?” , + Can you serve me ICECREAM atleast ... as NO OTHER FOOD as displayed in the MENU was available. They reply, ”NO SIR.” So I ask again that, how you arrange so food and some coldness for my comfort ? Reply : ”Sir, we have put it in FREEZER and will take another 2 hours ... + we are hosting a party and the Room Service is very Busy” well the same response I received when I arrived this weekend. Now my questions are : 1. WHAT IS THIS PLACE ? 2. Cold water might not be available, but even not ICE ? 3. Dinner I will have to have as per the hotels choice of food ? Whereas the menu as displayed and served in the room has more than 10 pages. 4. Well, ICE also cannot be available due to operational hazards, BUT FOOD ? but how come the complete authority is SO RELUCTANT ABOUT HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE ? They are not serving the MENU whereas they have it clearly stated that outside food NOT ALLOWED, That means PLZ GO OUT AND EAT So, my overall experience. PATHETIC. CANT EVEN RATE A SINGLE STAR. BOARDERS STAY AWAY

The check in was smooth and the staff friendly. Room service is prompt and the food is wonderful. The breakfast spread does not have ***y options but still it is good enough. You have to mind your steps though as the flooring of the reception area and the restaurant has been done in ***y levels and chances of tripping is very high. But the down side is the tiny room size and tiny bathrooms. I had out up in the executive room which was costing around Rs. 7000 per night but the space was too limited. Some of my colleagues were staying in the ordinary rooms costing around Rs. 5000 per night where there was hardly enough room to keep the luggage and only one solitary chair could be fitted in the room for someone to sit. No chance of having friends or visitors over for a cup of tea.

We had a reason to stay here. Needed a space for a few hours to park our bags, rest and freshen up, before a bus journey starting at ISBT. Which is just 100m away. TBF they gave us a room at short notice at midnight. But they took forever to show 2 rooms. No one to help with luggage. Checking in takes forever, even when there's no crowd. The place is teeming with lizards. As for the rooms, expect really hard beds, and tiny pillows. The air conditioning covers only a small part of the room. And its condensate drips right into the bathroom (rather than outside the building). Lizards in the false ceiling will keep you up all night with clicking sounds. Avoid
