The customer service was very friendly. The hotel location was perfect. The room is very clean and has a nice bed. We had a good sleep. I would highly recommend it.

Great location in the center and now with renovated reception

Good hotel

Since we have stayed at several hotels at home and abroad, this one is highly recommended. Quiet despite being in the city center. Breakfast is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed it and would like to come back, but we urgently request clarification of the following: PARKING FEES. The car was in the hotel car park for 20 hours and it cost us €22.50, which is absolutely unacceptable. As a hotel guest, I expect a different solution. This needs to be clarified with the city administration.

Beautiful hotel centrally located in Ingelheim, not far from the train station and modernly furnished, especially the bathroom.

I booked this Hotel for the First time. Located 5 minutes walk from the Trainstation and in the neighboorhood are several Shops and Restaurants. The rooms modern Equipt and Clean. Breakfast is nice as well , only the breakfast staffmember doesn' say a word. Check-in fast and very polite. I will come Back again

Perfect location, very near the train station and major shops and restaurants and gaffes. New, clean, comfortable, very quiet with very efficient and helpful staff. They offer good and abundant breakfast. The lobby has the offer of tea and coffee and drinks refrigerator.

We chose this hotel because we were going to visit the Rotweinfest at Ingelheim. Everything about it was perfect. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable beds. Powerful hot shower. Tasty and extensive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints. We’ll be back.

Ingelheim is very clean and quiet. So is this hotel. Ingelheim is very dull. So is this hotel. The breakfast is kinda okayish but you'd get a better breakfast in a smaller, less refined town, I suspect.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im IBB Hotel Ingelheim verbracht und haben absolut nichts zu meckern. Das Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, die Einrichtung der öffentlichen Bereiche und auch der Zimmer war modern und ansprechend. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren tadellos sauber und hatten, obwohl das Zimmer nicht groß war, reichlich Stauraum. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im 4. Stock, mit Blick über die Dächer von Ingelheim. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, und der Kaffee sehr lecker. Im Keller gibt es sogar ein Fitnessstudio. Parken war auch kein Problem. Man kommt von der öffentlichen Tiefgarage aus direkt ins Hotel (aber erst nach dem Einchecken, wenn man einen Schlüssel hat.

Tolles Hotel in super zentraler Lage, dennoch ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, überzeugendes Umweltkonzept, besonders erwähnenswert war die tolle organisatorische Unterstützung seitens des Hotels bei der Planung eines Ausflugs
