We arrived and the room looked old and totally neglected. Also, in the cabin where we were staying, the internet didn't work at all and on top of that, there was a group of people in front of the room playing karaoke with music at an abnormal volume and leaving beer cans, bottles and cigarette butts all over the pool area. That same day of arrival, we spoke to the owner to remove us from the place and get a refund, since it was not at all what we had expected. We explained the reasons for leaving and he rudely stated that we were wrong and that there was internet, in addition to excusing the behavior allowed by other guests. This is a place that promises a place with internet, with a family atmosphere, and smoke-free, but it is not. Needless to say, we will never return. It really is a place that I would recommend that no one go to, much less if you want to spend a pleasant and relaxed time. It was a total waste of money.
