Must stay hotel!  First we want to give appreciation to Nick Pan (General Manager) for helping us arrange our transportation from/to the train station. Is very nice to get a quick response email with you sir, and also your English speaking ability is very assisting. Secondly to Mina (Front Office Manager, if we are not wrong) who guided us during our 4 days stay. Your information is very supportive of us. Last, to Bryan, who took a long way to pick up and send us from/to the train station. You have good driving skills and a good attitude. Btw, thanks for the hot coffee in the middle of this year's first snow in Jiuzhaigou. Also, thanks to all receptionist staff for upgrading our room to a very nice Suite room. Is not just a huge room, but also a luxury and comfortable room. This is our first time coming to Jiuzhaigou, and you all made it an extraordinary memory. The hotel itself is in a good location. Connection with food and shop complex area. Many restaurants around so that we can taste the delicious local food. The breakfast menu is also good enough with variant cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for our China trip in Jiuzhaigou. We will recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.

This hotel was absolutely fine considering it's purpose as somewhere close to the scenic spot, however I expected more from the Hilton name. When we arrived, we came with two Chinese friends who had separate rooms (so three rooms total). There were three staff on reception but instead of doing all three room check-ins at once, we had to wait. Then, the staff immediately spoke to my Chinese friends about our booking, completely ignoring us (foreigners). I've lived in China for four years, I've managed to book myself into every hotel up to now and found them quite rude. Even my Chinese friends said they were rude for doing this. The hotel room is nice and clean but once again, the hotel feels quite basic considering it's Hilton. The gym is small but usable however children come in and play in there. The breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel is okay but if I was here again I'd probably consider elsewhere.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The surrounding is lovely, a lot of greenery. The hotel is very new, rooms are clean and spacious. The Breakfast was good, but the menu was repeated the next morning. There is group dance activity in the evening near to the hotel, organized for tourists during holidays. It was exciting to participate in that. 😊😊😊. Service people are helpful. Xena Niu helped us with a lot of useful information before our vacation. It was nice to get a free upgrade to a room with balcony. The manager speaks a little English, the rest doesn’t.

Lying on it feels like being wrapped in clouds, which can effectively relieve fatigue of the day and allow people to enjoy a good sleep. • Complete bathroom facilities: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, equipped with a large bathtub and shower facilities. The shower system has various water outlets, uniform water flow and moderate strength. Some suites are also equipped with smart toilets, which improves the convenience and comfort of use. Service • Efficient check-in and check-out services: Huang Dan, a staff member, handled the check-in and check-out procedures very quickly, upgraded the room, and was warm and friendly. He also took the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and equipment and surrounding travel information, so that guests can feel caring care. When he learned that an oxygen cylinder was needed, he took the initiative to provide an oxygen cylinder, which is very consistent with Hilton's vision and mission • Personalized and considerate service: The hotel can provide personalized services according to the needs of guests. • Timely response: If guests encounter any problems in the room, they only need to call the service number, and the staff will respond quickly and solve them in time to ensure that the guest's stay experience is not affected. It is worth staying here when visiting Jiuzhaigou!!!
