Holiday Inn Hotels in Johor Bahru

Very convinient location connected to KSL City Mall. Room is spacious. I was assigned to the 19th floor in tower 2, but the wifi reception there was bad. No signal unless standing at the door or the closet. I had to do some work and had to go to a cafe since there wasn’t connection in my room. Told the staff about the wifi issue and she said she’ll let their IT person know… don’t think they would have immediate solution. Service staff are nice and friendly. It takes a long time to wait for the elevators since it serves so many levels. Not too much light in the room and the lights were yellow. Overall stay was decent since it served the purpose for shower, storage and sleep but I wouldn’t say it is 100% value for money that you pay. Would still book this placeif my parents are coming on the trip since it is easy to access the mall!

Hotel is conveniently located within Zenith mall which is about a 10mins walking distance to JB sentral. Room was really spacious and there's a 24hr foodcourt just opposite the hotel. Easy to get grab and hotel interior is really pretty. Hotel prepared a cake for us to celebrate anni. Overall, we had a good stay there.

Location ok. Hotel receptionist attend check in with short time. Bed sheet and pillow have some smell. Room also have paint smell but still acceptable. Breakfast not fantastic, limited choices! Should have some improvement and upgrade on the variety of foods.

I was having a course there, so had to book the hotel for 2 nights. Here are some of my thoughts regarding my stay: Pros: 1. The staff at the counter were excellent. I reached earlier then check in time, so she offered to keep my luggage. 2. Managed to check in earlier. 3. Room was somewhat comfortable and spacious. 4. Location is good, near to eatery places and malls. 5. Food was acceptable. A good spread of heavy and light food. 6. Higher level rooms offer spectacular views of JB and the large windows accentuate that. Cons: 1. The hotel itself is pretty old and worn out. Need some or total refurbishment to compete with other hotels in the area. 2. Ironing equipment and area needs to be improved. 3. Amenities in the room are old. Didn’t have water kettle although coffee and tea sachets were provided. 4. The cafe afternoon tea service was too slow. Had to wait almost an hour to get my goreng pisang package and the taste was horrible. Didn’t get to use swimming pool and other amenities so I would have to reserve my comment. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and the price was affordable.

Location: 5-10 mins walking to KSL, not considered near especially with current hot weather. Service: Counter staff is friendly but they assigned me only at #07 cos that’s what we paid for. They offered to safekeep my luggage while I go shop at KSL Room Condition: Cleanliness is ok. Room is big. Bed and pillow is ok. Toilet is ok, basic toiletries provided. Only bath towels and need to request for hand towel, if required. Nothing to wow about. Breakfast: Spread is ok, service staff is friendly. I like the way they handle fruits, it was put in a fridge to keep freshness. 👍 Overall: Room is dated however size is good Feedback: Hotel should consider painting regularly the room entrance and toilet ceiling as it looks moldy due to Aircon ducting. The moldy affects the first impression that the room is dirty.

Swift check-in process Hazwani/Diana attended to me and present the key card. Room has no fridge. Only x1 plug/socket to charge my electronic device. Do bring your own power bank for hp to be recharged. No complimentary mineral bottles. Jaya Grocer is just opposite via RF mall, went there to buy, wide choices available in store. Toothbrush and toilet amenities provided. Washroom very spacious and clean. Had breakfast at RF mall since there's quite few new food stalls : Chicken Rice Xpress / Pizza/ All things Fried Loveeeee the location as it's nice to be away from the crazy chaos of human traffic at JBCC/KOMTAR Had my 40th Bday feast at Todak Seafood Restaurant 😋 Highly recommend !

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes. While the facilities were generally well-maintained, the gym could use some upgrades. Conveniently located near the Malaysia-Singapore Causeway and Duty-Free Zone, Berjaya Waterfront Hotel offers spacious rooms and decent amenities at an affordable price.A good choice for budget travelers or short stays. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This is my first stay with Capri and i can say that i will surely be back again ! The location is not that far from JB sentral but by vehicle or grab will do the trick . Lobby is nice and clean . Most of the employees there are efficient, friendly and helpful except one lady at the counter who isnt friendly and also not efficient in her work . I suggest that you send her for more training because she will spoil the mood of the guests during check-in with that attitude . The room is spacious, clean and cozy ! Loved it ! All amenities in the room are enough but i hope Capri can provide a nicer coffee brand 😆 . The room is equip with kettle, mini fridge and microwave as well as plates, glasses, cups, cutleries in the rooms which are useful for guests . The open concept wardrobe is sufficient with many hangers and they provide bathrobes too . There is also a laundry basket and the small rack to dry towel and clothes too . The amenities in the toilet are sufficient too . Everything are provided including hair dryer . Toilet is clean and nice . 👍 Loved the lotion, useful and nice to use especially before swim . Aircon is good and tv have many channels and also radio channels too . The pool and gym are good . Its peaceful when there are lesser or zero people around . There is also a cafe near the lobby that look nice and cozy to hang out if you dont want to go out . Otherwise, ordering foods from grab would settle the problem . 😊 Lastly, Thank you to the GM and team for the complimentary birthday treat and the good hospitality from the front desk during my stay ! Truly appreciate it . Will come back again 💜

Citrus Hotel is conveniently located near JB Sentral, and the prices are reasonable. The staff was superb. During checkout, I accidentally left my wallet in the room. An hour later, I realized it and quickly returned to the hotel. I approached the receptionist, and thankfully, I got my wallet back without any issues. Thank you, Citrus Hotel!
