Great place to stay in Lamai area. The beach is very close (50 meters), lots of restaurants, stores and massage salons nearby. Breakfast was okay. The stuff was super nice and helpful!

I had to change rooms after I realised I was getting bitten by bed bugs. No apology only ( we dont know unless people tell us). Second room also had bed bugs. Morning check out they did not say thank you for staying or any greeting. When my transport turned up there was no goodbye come again or any such words. I would expect for the prices a little more acknowledgement from the staff. Even the breakfast check in guy was just slumped over and disinterested. Big manager man never said hello even though I smiled.....lucky his wife was bright and lovely. Great spot and facilities though.

It was great to stay :) We stayed in a pool access room and we found it to be worth the extra price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location with a very short walk to the beach.

Hotel is really well located, everything is walking distance. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel and amenities are a bit older, I had a fantastic stay. The pools are wonderful! Breakfast was good! I can highly recommend this hotel if you are in Lamai.

Good location, walking distance to night entertainment. Staff good and friendly/helpful. Environment hotel excelent for me..will repeat if happen to samui again.

Good hotel and location

Everything was great. Just what we were looking for - close to Lamai beach and restaurants, tropical Thai rooms and gardens, excellent service, great pool. Loved the island. Lots of beach chairs and umbellas 2 min walk away. Buy a drink and stay all day if you like.

Nice place

This is the third time I've been here. It's a great hotel with a great location. Right in the middle of all the restaurants and parties, but you don't hear anything of them. There are two really great, clean pools. The rooms are all neat and really modern. And the service is wonderful! I got a free upgrade. The beach is also right nearby. I always enjoy coming back here! Highly recommended!!!!

Great location in the center of Lamai, but quite quiet. 3 minutes to the beach. Standard breakfasts, good cleaning.

I like this hotel very much. It is beautiful and clean. There is a seafood night market across the road from the hotel. Seafood, entertainment, massage and bars are all nearby. The hotel swimming pool is also very beautiful. There are also 2 cats that can be rubbed. Highly recommended

Compared to all the other 3 star hotels, this is by far the best here on Koh Samui. I can only recommend it.

I'll start right away with the cons. Directly opposite is a street with bars, one of them has live music until two or three in the morning. So if you are counting on a quiet and relaxing holiday, you should not check into this hotel. After one night we moved to another. (we were not refunded the money for the remaining days, they apologized profusely but refused to return the money) If your plans are to sit in these very bars until the morning, then the place is quite comfortable, and if the price of the hotel suits you, then this hotel is quite worthy of three stars, although for parties in Thailand people go to another place, a so-so place for parties . The rooms are not very clean and are a little run down. The area is tidy, although small. Not far from the beach. In the photo you can look at the not-so-clean bed linen, tired renovations and those same bars outside the window.

Hello ! This is my third time staying at this hotel, I really like all the staff, the peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness and thoughtfulness. The breakfasts are also very captivating, they are in a buffet format and there are enough dishes to choose from and good coffee. The hotel has two different swimming pools located in two buildings that differ in style and one is more “party”, and the second is quieter. The hotel is very well cleaned, good bed linen. Of the minuses of this particular trip in the hottest month - April, I would only note that it is not on the first line, as I am too lazy to go there in such heat, but I would like to note that the hotel is only 50 meters from it. And in bad weather (November), the location of the hotel, on the contrary, was advantageous, because there was wind and storm all around, and inside the hotel it was quiet and you could spend time and swim by the pool! I think this is a great option for Lamai, where everything is done with people in mind! Thanks to all the staff
