I like this hotel very much. Although it is not big, it is very comfortable for one person to live in. The window design is good and can be opened for ventilation. It is also very healing to see the distant scenery from the window. You can also soak in the hot spring 24 hours a day. The location is also very good, very close to Otaru Station, and there are many food and convenience stores around.

The transportation is very convenient and all the convenient facilities are good. I will come back next time

Because we arrived at 6pm, we agreed with the staff at the counter that after checking out at 10pm the next day, the car would be kept until about 1pm. We agreed at the time but after checking out the next day, another staff member said we would The charge of 200 yen per hour is unreasonable to us because we have already charged 1500 yen for parking. The hotel service should have free parking, and there is an additional charge after check-out. This is a shortcoming and a point deduction. If it can be improved, I will introduce it to my friends who are traveling by car.

The service in the hotel is excellent, and there is also a space where travelers can drink hot coffee and tea and read comics. It's very close to Jr. and attractions! It's very convenient! I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Otaru.

The location was great, close to the station and tourist spots. Check-in and check-out were done using a machine similar to a bank ATM, and although it was my first time there, it was relatively smooth. If I had to say something, it would have been nice if the bath was in the annex, but if you had to go outside, it would have been nice if they had at least worn pajamas, such as ① a yukata + haori, ② a jinbei, or ③ a sweatshirt set, rather than just a long shirt.

The worst hotel in Hokkaido, not to mention the location, space, and cleanliness. When I checked in, I repeatedly confirmed that I could check out before 12 o'clock. As a result, I was forcefully charged 1,000 yen when I checked out, but it was located in the large public bath next door. Really good!

It can't be helped that it's Otaru in a tourist area and during the tourist season, but the facilities and prices seemed high. Especially in the annex, you have to cross the road to get to the large hot spring bath, so you can't go there in your room clothes.

The equipment is very old and the environmental hygiene needs to be improved. There will be no next time!

Check-in is done at the front desk of my friend in the main building. Check-in and check-out is easy and convenient with the machine. The room is in the annex, and the curry smell permeates the elevator because there is a curry shop on the first floor, but I don't dislike curry so it didn't bother me too much. The bath is also in a separate building, so it may be fine in the hot season, but it may get cold in the winter. It seems to be a convenient location for sightseeing in Otaru city. The room was well cleaned with tatami mats, and we were more than satisfied as we were only staying for a night.

The small room is clean and tidy, there is only one pillow that you can't lie on, and the refrigerator is full. You are asked to change your shoes when entering. When I went out in the morning, I found a plastic bag of towels hanging on the handle outside my door. I took it into the room. When I came back in the evening, no one came to clean the room. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights. The location is between the JR station and the canal, which is convenient and cost-effective.

The only thing I was concerned about was the plumbing, but the location was great!
