The service was extremely poor. After I flew to Philadelphia in the morning, I went straight to the hotel. The black female manager at the front desk said that check-in could only be done at 2 pm. I waited with the children until 2 pm. She also said that there were no rooms and pushed it to 4 pm. This was the first time I encountered one in advance. I made a monthly reservation to check into the hotel at 4pm! I argued with the manager and didn't apologize at all. He even said that if I wanted to check in early, I could book an extra night! His anger had been controlled for a long time and he went crazy on the spot. There were other passengers nearby who echoed him, and they must have been fooled. What's more, the hotel's hygiene is also very poor. Although the hotel is in a good location, the attitude of the front desk staff when I checked in was very bad, especially a woman wearing a headscarf. The room was not cleaned until after 3pm, and she rudely asked me to wait. It would have been fine if I had waited, but after an hour, they still didn't call me. When I asked again, they said the room was cleaned, but I left a Chinese mobile number, so they couldn't text me! This is ridiculous.
