Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague Reviews

Recently refurbished modern hotel with nice ambience. However some amenities like fridge , tea/coffee , water kettle were not available in the room .These are expected in room and hotels of this standard. Convenient location

Great location near tram/ metro station, few minutes to Wenceslaw Squere, Main train station, great beds, clean, plenty if possibilities fór breakfest

My second stay at this place. Unfortunately, the cooking utensils were not fully provided this time. Two boiling pots were missing. Also the dryer on my floor was not functioning and caused me to have to do the drying course again on another floor in early hours and slept very little.

Very good hotel

The room was great, very clean and new, and the front desk staff was also very nice. They took me to see the different room types very patiently, but I don't know how they allocated the room types. I booked the most expensive business room, but they had several rooms with better views on the top floor. I don't know why they didn't check us in. I also found that the lights in the room were never on at night. I don't know what they meant by preferring to leave it vacant rather than let us stay. But the room I was given was really big and clean.

The room is big enough, new and clean, and is a ten-minute walk from the train station. As usual, there are no slippers. There is a gym but no sauna, which is a bit disappointing.

First of all, the reason I came here was because of the sauna. You have to pay extra for it, but if you take a sauna, soak in cold water, and drink a glass of Pilsner, a Czech specialty, it is truly heaven. The location is not bad as you can walk a short distance, and it is more expensive than other hotels. The room condition is good. I will come here again.

The location is away from touristy places, but Prague itself is a small town and not so inconvenient if you use public transportation. The building is new, the rooms are clean, and the cost performance is the best. Breakfast was delicious. However, there is no refrigerator in the room, and hotels in Eastern Europe do not have basic toothbrushes and conditioners, so I recommend bringing them with you.

Very good location and value for money. The only downside is the lack of a kettle in the room.
