I am glad to have booked the Jinglai Hotel！good quality and low price, the room was very comfortable and quiet😁the staff was very warm, there was no difficulty in communication🥰🥰it was a perfect experience. Great hotel, recommended!

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is an international friendly hotel. It is very good and caring for international friends. All problems can be solved for me. A male staff member of the hotel can speak Korean, and the communication is very smooth. The hotel is located on the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. I only need to take subway line 2 from Pudong Airport to the hotel. I can get there. The transportation is very convenient, which solves my travel problem. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are many kinds of delicious food. You can do laundry by yourself in the hotel. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable, which makes me have a very happy holiday. The hotel can help receive the express delivery. I sent the items I needed to the hotel by express a few days before I came to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me keep my express and also sent it for me. Since my flight was in the evening on the day of departure, the hotel also provides free luggage storage service. Next time I come to China, I will definitely stay here. I will also recommend my friends who come to China to stay in this hotel.

Stayed one night as I was transiting in Shanghai. The spot is very central and close to the Bund. You can either walk or take a Didi. The entrance is sort of hard to find, but I've attached photos with a green/blue plaque. You know you're there when you see this entrance and security guard sitting on the left side inside the building. The hotel is on level 3. It had all the things I needed. Although the room is small (literally just the bed), it is enough for my needs and for the cost I paid. Importantly, the hot water worked, the hair dryer worked and the aircon worked. Didn't try the tv. Overall would recommend.

The location is not far away from metro number two exit two easy to walk. Nice room and very nice staff. Love it❤️

The subway is fast, convenient, and cheaper than a taxi. How to get to hotel from Pudong Airport via the subway: 1) Take subway line 2 from Pudong Airport until “Nanjing Street South Station.” (The subway trip takes about an hour, similar to by car) 2) Once at the subway stop, take exit 1 and turn right. The first street you’ll see is “Shan Xi Nan Road” 3) Walk 5-7 minutes until you get to 300 Shan Xi Nan Road. 上海市黃浦區山西南路350號3樓景莱酒店精选（山西南路350号） 3樸 4) Take the first elevator (leftmost of the three) to the third floor.

My wife and I recently stayed at Jinglai Hotel in Shanghai, and we had a great experience. The location is fantastic—just three blocks away from the subway and the city’s main shopping avenue, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority for the hotel. We opted for the breakfast option, and it was such a practical choice. Instead of a sit-down meal, they provide a well-packed breakfast bag that you can take with you and enjoy wherever you like. It’s a thoughtful touch for travelers on the go. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, excellent service, and practical amenities. It’s a wonderful choice for anyone visiting Shanghai!

Very helpful staffs and the hotel is easily to find on Nanjing Road East walk around 5 minutes from metro. A lot of restaurants nearby.

The staff was excellent , very nice .The location is excellent , 10 mins to metro and nanjing pedestrian street , very convenient . Lots of food eatery and restaurant around . Now come to the not so nice part , hot water is room temperature only . Have major problem with the wifi , because I m from outside of china , I don’t have a china telephone number , it won’t connect to the wifi . And VPN don’t work , so no social media and utube . Not good

the door of shower room is a small, not fit to the door,   But others is good.
