Room is spacious. Water World is really fun for both young and adults. Food is delicious and of international cusines

Truly great value for money. The service was amazing and the location too. They are currently doing construction but that didn’t really bother us. The room we had was on the second floor so we didn’t have a great view of the river. The breakfast was very nice. It is just a few minutes walk from amazing western restaurants that have a beautiful view of the river and the bund. The carpets aren’t 5 star clean, it has some stains. Will book again

I would have given the hotel 5 stars. However, there are a few issues that need to be addressed. The cleaning of the showers and the bathrooms need supervision for the tardiness of the cleaning. There are molds over a period of time that have not been cleaned and, therefore, a breathing ground for bacteria. The ac temperature could not be reduced despite attempts by very friendly housekeeping staff and a young lady from the reception. It was stuck at 29 degrees. Despite the setting being set at 20 deg. I had to eventually resort to an open door and a wet towel on my forehead. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly and try and be helpful within their ability, I was fortunate to be given a very early check-in and an upgrade to the executive floor. The room size, balcony, views, etc. was excellent. The location is excellent. The concierge team was very helpful. I would certainly recommend the hotel and stay again despite the minor issues. Long walk to the reception and the lifts. I assume that due to the refurbishment, it's a temporary arrangement. Excellent value for money.

Very good location and staffs. However perhaps due to some ongoing works, the walk to the rooms is quite a distance. However room is clean and the location is amazing.

The swimming pool is not open.exclusive lounge is not open. No amenities for tourists other than conference venues. The clearness and fixtures in the hotel is definitely not to five star standards. Mixer is wobbly. Vanity has cracks. It's far behind my expectations at this prestigious location. Also the window is super dusty which compromise the luxury view. Note travellers, depending on your policies or wording on the page, I paid the full amount and bond when I arrived at hotel. The amount (approx $400)that trip.com charged me is not part of hotel fees! And it will take days to be refunded AFTER I checked out. I haven't seen this on other platforms and it's ridiculous.
