I called yesterday afternoon to inquire about booking a room. What impressed me the most was that the lady who answered the phone was qualified, cultured and humane! ! Later, a room became available on the website. Thank you for your patience in answering me! ! The gentleman who received me at the hotel was very kind and gave me a room upgrade. I just said that I knew the way to buy breakfast, and there was nothing else! Later, I came downstairs and asked the little girl about the late night snack. The little girl had a very nice attitude! I would also like to add: The little girl who welcomed me in on the 5th last month was very nice! ! Because I am not a young person, I didn’t pay attention to reviews before and only knew how to praise the hotel. Now I know how to praise people. Please forgive me for the comments when I checked in last year! This hotel has a nice room layout, comfortable stay, good bathroom, complete facilities, safe and refrigerator. the only thing i like about this place is the size of the room. service was just ok, facilities are a little dated
location even though stated as the bund still require a 15 - 20 min walk there.
staying in winter made the walk manageable

This was our second stay here but in a different room type, it definitely was a much better stay than previous.
The facilities are neat and clean however, you're paying for the location, considering it's a 3 star hotel.
The breakfast is basic but good enough to grab and go on with your day.

Great hotel with a very convenient location. You can walk to many attractions in the old part of the city. To get to the other side of the river we used the subway. Taxi is also inexpensive, about 20 yuan. The room is clean, cleaning is daily. Breakfast is simple, but quite enough. There was always fresh fruit.
