Receptionist very well versed and prompt service about my cancellation and re booking of room night due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure you locked your room when you are in the room due to the the room design of toilet with clear glass door and situated at the entrance of the room. Cleanliness needs improvement and we are unlucky to have a room with air conditioning problem.

Best hotel in Taiyuan

The Marriott in Taiyuan is very new. I chose this hotel for my business trip. The receptionist, Wanni Tong, was very considerate and helped me upgrade the room type. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Longcheng.

A family of three chose JW when traveling to Taiyuan. First of all, the lobby is very bright and large, and there is a Christmas tree. The front desk should be called Aria, and she was still smiling and sunny. The only downside is that the breakfast needs to be improved. It would be better if it was optimized. It's not a very nice breakfast experience.
