I am a diamond member and have stayed at this property many times over. Last night was the worst ever here.  I was awaken twice during the night by the phone ringing 3 rings then 5 seconds later another single ring.  First time it happened between 1-2 am and then 2nd time between 2-3am.  Then at 5:30am the trash truck came and emptied the dumpster located near my room.  Extremely loud which ended by night of interrupted sleep. I mentioned this to the young lady at the front desk when i was leaving and she said they had some problems with the phones lately.  I asked her what she meant by that and i never got an answer.  I also mentioned the trash truck and she said that is just when they come but she would make a note of it.  My take from that conversation is that nothing will come from it. They are also going thru a floor by floor renovation. They need to make changes asap or they will be losing guests!

Despite the fact that work was being done on the facade our stay could not have been better. The entire property is up to date and immaculate and the rooms are well appointed. The staff is attentive. Plenty of amenities are provided and the breakfast area is bright and well stocked.

Noisy hotel. Sounded like cars racing up and down the roads in the evening. At 2am, awoken by loud yelling coming from the parking lot for five minutes. The a/c system in the room was loud. Neither of us got a decent nights sleep. Liked the shower and the towels were soft. Easy checkin on the app and liked the mobile key access and being able to pick our room. Breakfast was so-so.
