總體交通比較方便，但是周圍是新區，出去吃飯要開車10分鐘左右，酒店裡麪也可以吃飯，比如自助，温泉休閑區和中餐廳。價格不貴，不過感覺容量不大。我們想去中餐廳，結果大包間好像就一個，沒有訂到。整體硬件設施還不錯，因為是今年10月才建成，比較新。房間隔音稍差，可能也是因為過年，房間全滿，所以相對喧鬧，晚上11點以後就安靜了。温泉區不太大，衹有室外。還是試營業期間，所以服務感覺不是特別順。在此首先感謝每一位接觸過的服務人員（從餐廳到遊樂廳，從温泉到客房，甚至打掃衞生和停車場的大爺），都非常熱心和盡心。但是感覺整體服務機制需要進一步理順，比如如何在客人到店前有私人管家加微信對接安排好房間，服務人員再遇到沒有接觸過的問題時候如何靈活應對（比如怎麼交還房卡，很多管理先進的酒店都可以把房卡放在房間就可以退房的）。現在很多商鋪還在招商，可以引入旅拍等，給駐店客人送幾張，大家還會順手買不少，都是留住客人的方法。除了好的硬件設施吸引客人，還需要好的軟服務留住客人再帶來更多回頭客。山西的服務業發展，經濟的轉型升級，就是需要更多的吸收旅遊發達地區的經驗，加上以人為本的思考。希望酒店越來越好，山西越來越好。
