Guan Haiyang, the concierge at the front office, has very good service. He is proactive, enthusiastic and friendly. He brings the luggage to the room for check-in and takes the initiative to help carry the luggage after check-out. The layout of the hotel room is reasonable, clean, no smell, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower is water-free. Soon, breakfast coupons, Bliss Hot Spring tickets, and ski tickets (including ski equipment) and parking tickets are all available. You can directly pick up the ski equipment on the 2nd floor with your room card. You don’t have to go to the crowded ski equipment hall. H is right outside the hotel lobby on the 3rd floor. Ropeway, the first choice for staying and sliding is highly recommended!

Super spacious and clean accommodation. We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade to a room with a living area. The breakfast also had a wide selection of Chinese foods. Special shoutout to 郑玉倩 from the front desk who really helped us greatly in navigating the WeChat bookings for our bus ride back to the airport and restaurant booking as we did not have a Chinese phone number. The staffs were all really welcoming and friendly as well. We hope to be back! It was a great stay!

The new hotel is very nice. Four of my friends and I stayed in a suite for more than two weeks! I am very satisfied. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious. I am very satisfied and go to the ski resort every day! The Ula hotpot is also delicious, and so are the stir-fried dishes! The hotel has arranged a pick-up and drop-off to the ski resort, so you don’t need to worry about getting back and forth~ There is also a new washing machine, otherwise there will be no place to wash clothes! The hotel is located in Wulihe Town, and there are many choices for dining. It is more convenient than staying at a ski resort or a farmhouse! You made the right choice to stay at this hotel!

We, two families, were traveling with our children and came to Beidahu to be the first to open the hotel. The hotel we stayed in was in the Beidahu Winter Olympic Village. The suite we booked had two queen rooms and a bunk bed, which was perfect for the whole family. Just right. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff are very welcoming, and it feels quite cozy. We skied and climbed the mountain. It was a clear day and the scenery on the top of the mountain was really amazing. In the evening, we went to the ski hall to have a meal and then went to the Paradise Hot Spring for a bath. We felt much more relaxed, and there were many entertainment activities in the soup house. The two children are reluctant to part with this and will come back after a while😊

This room is too nice. After the snow ticket, you can slide in and out. Between J cable and K cable, it is very convenient to have a swing car in the service hall. The room and bedding are clean and tidy. The sofa bed is also very comfortable with a spring mattress. The butler service is very intimate. We store our luggage and buy snow tickets. I rarely write reviews, but the service of this store must be rated five stars. It has just opened less than a month ago. The service is very good and deserves a five-star rating. All the waiters at the front desk have very good attitudes. Breakfast is delivered to the room and you can order stir-fries. The equipment is poor and there is no elevator, but the porter helps take the luggage to the room. A ski shuttle is available at any time and the driver is very nice. The price is also the cheapest hotel near the ski resort. I had small hot pot for two consecutive nights. The ingredients were good and the portions were good, and the service was excellent.
