They were knowledgeable about the local area and could recommend nearby dining options and transportation options. The hotel's dining options were decent, with a buffet breakfast offering a variety of dishes including local Thai favorites and international cuisine. The bar area was cozy and a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring or attending events. The Hotel is what you would expect from Oakwood Suites five-star plus quality at affordable prices. Quick and easy pre-booking. Nice friendly greeting upon arrival. The hotel is well situated for public transport and getting around the city, with good parking and attentive security, and friendly staff members. The rooms are well-organized and comfortable with all the mod cons. I especially like the Nespresso coffee unit. Good Food & Beverage offerings especially the breakfast in their welcoming restaurant and bar a great way to start the day. It even has a handy co-working space for when you are on the go. Nice swimming pool, gym, and kids’ room. Not forgetting the rooftop bar with outstanding views of the city. I highly recommend the Oakwood Suites Tiwanon as your second home away from home. I have stayed here before in 2019, and was very pleased to return in 2023. The hotel is very good value. All the staff are very helpful, and I was helped by Lucky when I had to copy important data from a CD. The food is very good, with a really big choice for breakfast. I am a bit fussy about food, but no difficulty finding what I liked. The room service food is also good. Everywhere is very clean, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to a friend. Another very important thing for me , is that the MRT station is only a few metres away. There is a bridge to cross the road making access easy and safe. There is a supermarket nearby. Big thank you to all the staff.

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

Comfortable as always. Been here several time for concerts. Location is great, this tome I attend concert that hold in Impact challenger which take 3 min walk by connected skywalk from hotel building to concert venue.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable to sleep, cheap price, soft beds. Have stayed at Bed By Boat many times. Since it hasn't been renovated yet Until now the room looks better. The walkway looks wider, the atmosphere is good, and the decorations are very cute. Plus there's an elevator. The downside is that parking is very little and looks scary. The restaurant is good. When everything is gone, always replenish. The staff spoke well. I would like to deduct 1 star because an employee came to open the room while we were still staying without knocking on the door. But overall it's considered okay. There is also a way to collect points to exchange for free rooms. #Accommodation #Hotel #Nonthaburi #bedbyboat

The staff are most accomodating and very sweet. They are very flexible & understanding — to a most reasonable extent— and will provide with all the resources they possibly can offer, complete with detailed information that can be of any help to customers. The location is perfect if you like to be in a peaceful place, surrounded by tropical nature, away from the hustle-bustle of the city. The wi-fi is excellent for doing work and meetings online, even simply relaxing in your personal leisure time. The cleanliness is decent. Nature's citizens are expected to visit the lobby and be close to your door occasionally, but if you keep your room neat there shouldn't be any unwelcome creatures. We're very satisfied!
