Hoover Dam is an easy day trip from Vegas. You'll be able to marvel at one of the world's most famous dams standing majestically amongst a rugged landscape. From the tour I learn Hoover Dam is build between 1931 and 1936 during the Great Depression and hence Hoover Dam came to symbolise what American industry and American workers could do .
