The Spicy food of Sichuan

We were able to visit the Sichuan Cuisine Museum where it highlights the history of their cuisine. Sichuan is known for its spicy food. We were toured inside the museum with their antique artifacts used for cooking. There was also a lady who showcased her skills in slicing the noodle so thinly that it can go through the eye of the noodle. And lastly, the experience won't be complete if we cannot try their spicy cuisine where we took our dinner.
