Try Foshan's Private Kitchen @ Yao Zhuang Yuan

Yao Zhuang Yuan is a very famous private kitchen in Foshan, specializing in pork kidneys. When you come to Foshan, you must try it. First of all, the restaurant environment is nice, spacious, comfortable, clean, and hygienic, with a bit of a local farmhouse feel. This time, we ordered several of their signature dishes, including the Champion Pork Kidney Soup (very strong pork kidney flavor, quite okay), the Signature White Cut Pork Knuckle (crisp pork knuckle with a strong garlic flavor), the Signature Sweet and Sour Pork (crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, sweet and sour, very delicious), and some special stir-fried dishes. Overall, the dishes were good, and the ingredients were fresh. Of course, the prices here are also quite affordable, making it a regular spot for many locals in Foshan. It's a common place for family and friends to gather. When the weather gets cold, having a bowl of pork kidney soup and enjoying some private kitchen dishes makes life in Foshan quite pleasant.
