I was quite curious upon seeing the coffee machine. The barista had all sorts of graphs on his machines, which resulted in a lovely cup of coffee. This was at the edge of the city center and looked cozy. The staff was friendly and the place was mostly visited by locals. Even the police visited during their coffee-break. I tried filtered coffee for the first time, and it was outstanding—the flavour notes were smooth and subtle. Gürkan’s warm hospitality and passion for his craft made the experience even better. This coffee shop truly added a bright, memorable touch to my day. #australiatrip #thingstodo
