The chocolate cake in the lobby bar is even more unique, with a rich and varied taste, bringing a wonderful feast to the taste buds. The hotel has 16 suites and 16 villas. I successfully upgraded to a suite by communicating with the hotel in advance. The room is 100 square meters, and both the living room and bedroom have balconies. Standing on the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the grass of the legendary Blackstone Golf Course. The greenery makes people feel particularly comfortable. Since the hotel is a golf-themed resort hotel, the paintings, ornaments, books, and luggage tags in the room are all cleverly integrated with historical elements of golf, showing the characteristics and making the whole room full of strong golf culture atmosphere. In terms of breakfast, although there is still room for improvement in the current category, it also has its unique features. For example, Omlet is presented in the form of a single egg roll. I paired it with some vegetables, which is delicious and helps digestion. In terms of service experience, although a young girl at the front desk was a little impatient when communicating, the hotel manager was very good. Communicating with this manager, who is logical and understanding, problems can always be solved quickly and happily, which also fully demonstrates the hotel's efficiency and flexibility in service management. The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou, with its unique lobby style, characteristic suites, charming room layout, and good service coordination ability, left a deep and beautiful impression on me.
