Trip to Hallstatt 🇦🇹

It was an autumn trip to Hallstatt, Austria with family. We started our day at Lake Hallstatt just before sunrise, and it was absolutely magical 😍 The first light of the day reflects on the lake, creating a calm, mirror-like surface that beautifully captures the village and surrounding mountains🏔️ I would recommend this early morning visit to anyone who loves serene landscapes. It is perfect for capturing the golden colors of autumn 🍂 in Hallstatt. 📍Seestraße, 4830 Hallstatt, Austria We also explored Marktplatz, the heart of Hallstatt. The historic buildings, decorated with seasonal flowers 🌺 and ivy in autumn colors, are an ideal backdrop for photos 📸 This is the best time to visit the square, as the lighting is soft and the crowds are still light. We loved how welcoming and warm this area felt, with plenty of unique angles for photos. 📍Marktplatz 59, 4830 Hallstatt, Austria For a sweeping view of Hallstatt and its lake, we headed up to the Skywalk. The platform, perched over the valley, offers a view of the village surrounded by fall colors. Late morning is the perfect time for a visit here, as the lighting highlights the stunning landscapes without harsh shadows. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to capture Hallstatt from above 😍😍😍 📍Salzbergstraße 21, 4830 Hallstatt, Austria We also wandered through Hallstatt’s narrow streets, which feel like they’re straight out of a fairytale. The colorful houses 🏘️ with ivy-covered walls and charming windows 🪟were so beautiful. Late afternoon gives a warm, golden light that casts a beautiful glow over the entire village. I would highly recommend taking this time to explore each corner reveals a new picturesque scene 📸 We ended our day back at the lakefront to catch the sunset, and it was the perfect finale to our autumn day in Hallstatt. The soft evening light adds a peaceful quality, and the reflections on the water are especially striking. It’s an ideal spot to relax and capture the last light of the day.
