During a break from a conference in Hong Kong, I roamed around the city and found a place where you can leisurely spend an afternoon. · 📍West Kowloon Cultural District Not only does this area have the M+ Museum and the Hong Kong Palace Museum, but it also offers a broad view of the entire Hong Kong Island skyline. The key is that it's not crowded, so you don't have to squeeze through people like on the Avenue of Stars. There's also a large grassy area by the sea where you can comfortably picnic in the sun. . 📍Central Market The Central Market was an unexpected find during this city exploration. It used to be a historic vegetable market, but now it has been transformed and reintroduced to the public in a brand new way. There are many cute shops, and the stairs inside are really photogenic. -
