#chinatrip Kurasu Coffee from Kyoto announced its entry into Hong Kong to open a store in the middle of last year🏠 It’s a pity that I only heard the noise from the stairs but no news of the opening🤥 I went to Singapore in August but didn’t like it and wanted to wait until Hong Kong to try it🤔 It finally opened at the end of November, which seems to be just the day to go to Kyoto🇯🇵 The original plan of making a pilgrimage to the main store suddenly changed📝 I will come back to Hong Kong to look for and continue the taste of Kyoto⛩️ The coffee shop is located next to the hotel entrance opposite Miramar Mall 📍 I came here today and thought that half of the gates were not open yet🚪 So I waited outside the door for ten minutes⏳ Later I found out that the lift system just broke down that day😅 The coffee shop is natural and simple with an all-wood design🪵 Walls, tables, chairs, bar counters, and decorative cabinets are all made of wood👀 The seats in the couch area are a bit too low and not suitable for sitting for long periods of time🛋️ The machine coffee here offers two coffee bean options📋 Iced American Style chose the Brazilian single product, which has a more prominent bean and fruit flavor🍹 For the hot latte, I chose the house blend, which is medium-dark roasted☕️ The ready-to-order caramel stewed egg puffs look very attractive🍳🥧 The custard sauce on the dough is burned into caramelized crispy noodles🌀 There are two levels of crispiness with the crispy skin of puffs😬 It’s filled with sweet but not greasy custard sauce😍 There is a ball of vanilla ice cream on top of the caramel pudding🍮🍨 There are vanilla seeds in the pudding and the two blend perfectly😋 Next time you go to Kyoto, you can make a pilgrimage to the main store🤓 #goodfood #food
