Xi'an with Kids | Zhengguo Canal Scenic Area | Not Recommended for Kids

📍Zhengguo Canal Scenic Area 🚗Drive directly to the scenic area. 1.5 hours from Xi'an. 🎫Ticket: CNY 100/person, including round-trip shuttle bus. ▪️Zhengguo Lake: Speedboat 💰CNY 60/person, sightseeing boat 💰CNY 50/person (CNY 30/person for children) If you don't take a boat, there's nothing to see. Move on to the next stop. ▪️Fuyun Platform: You need to buy shoe covers (CNY 1/pair) to enter the glass walkway. Cliff swing 💰CNY 60/person. Try it if you like thrills. Bamboo raft drifting 💰CNY 30/person (children over 80 cm are charged). You need to walk down a steep staircase. ▪️Heigou: There are many small waterfalls and karst caves. The unique landscape allows children to experience nature. There is also an artificial attraction, Dragon Palace. Adults may not find it interesting, but it is a favorite of children. There are many models of marine animals, shrimp soldiers, crab generals, pearls, and scallops. Children can play here for a long time. ▪️Peacock Bay: This is the last attraction. There were many people waiting for the shuttle bus, so we didn't go down and went back directly. 🔙 ❌Reasons for not recommending: ▪️Not friendly to babies and the elderly. Although the shuttle bus can reach every attraction, you still need to walk up and down steep stairs. ▪️There are not many red leaves, and the scenery is average. ▪️Children under 1.2 m are charged for the boat and bamboo raft. ▪️The signs in the scenic area are not clear. You may feel like you're going around in circles. If you have a stroller, you have to carry it. ⭕️Yuanjia Village is not far away. It's a great place to take kids. I'll share it in the next post.
