Lamb Rump: The lamb is prepared in a very special way, easy to cut, with tender meat inside and a perfectly cooked exterior. It pairs beautifully with wine! Seabream: It’s said that the type of fish changes over time, and lately, they’ve been serving seabream. The bones aren’t too many, and the skin has a slight char, while the fish inside is cooked perfectly. A squeeze of lemon enhances the fresh flavor! You can also order sides like truffle fries and vegetable salad, both of which are delicious!
