Courtyard New York Manhattan/Upper East Side

Due to the limited hotel options in the Upper East Side, our first impression upon entering the lobby was very positive! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and smelled fresh. Yenny at the front desk greeted us immediately. She was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Our double bed room was on the 8th floor, at the end of the hallway, facing 92nd Street. It was more spacious than I expected (based on previous stays at many other hotels in New York), very clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We were pleased to have a mini fridge and microwave. The thermostat worked well. During our stay, Yenny appeared at the front desk multiple times, always greeting us with a smile. I don't remember the names of the other staff, but they were great too. We enjoyed this experience and felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family!
