🏞Sri Dit Waterfall is fed by a stream from Khao Kho, flowing over a large rock layer, 30 meters high and 50 meters wide, creating a single-tiered waterfall that flows year-round and serves as the source of the Khek River. 🏞The waterfall is named in memory of Sergeant Major Praphot Sri Dit, who sacrificed his life fighting communist insurgents in this battlefield. 🙏🏽Many other soldiers also sacrificed their lives here, with their names inscribed at the entrance of the waterfall along with the motto 'Better to die than to let the nation perish.' 🌲In the past, this area was a living site for the communist insurgents, with various artifacts and tools found around the waterfall, such as shelters and a rice mortar powered by the waterfall's mechanism. 🏠There is also a pavilion where King Rama IX, Queen Sirikit, and King Rama X planted pine trees. ♨️Sri Dit Waterfall: Nong Mae Na Subdistrict, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province. 🎯Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/KRRuo2iYN6FbBD229 🕣Opening hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
