After posting my last note, many people asked me about the guesthouse where I celebrated my birthday. If you don't have a long vacation but want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, you can choose a weekend to stay at a small courtyard in Pinggu, Beijing. It's very chill 🤗 I love this birthday guesthouse so much!! It basically embodies my ideal life, and every detail is aesthetically pleasing 😄 The bedroom and living room both have large floor-to-ceiling windows. Open the curtains and you'll see a birch forest! Every photo you take is a masterpiece~ In autumn, you can admire the fall foliage, and in winter, you can watch snowflakes fall on the trees, making it very romantic. In summer, the lush greenery is very healing. I'm already looking forward to summer and another visit! I did a lot of research before choosing this birthday guesthouse. Most guesthouses in the city center are located in Beijing's hutongs, which are small and cramped. They also lack character. Of course, I want to choose a guesthouse that I like, that is bright and clean, and comfortable for my birthday. Invite a few friends to stay in a small courtyard in the countryside near Beijing. In the evening, prepare some dishes and have a few drinks. Laugh and chat with your friends, and enjoy a slightly tipsy feeling. Sit on the soft sofa and chat or watch a movie you've been wanting to see in the warm light. During the day, sit on a lounge chair and listen to music, sunbathe, and watch birds chirping and flitting through the trees. Relax and enjoy the afternoon. It's so beautiful. ⭐️ Very easy to find, 1 hour drive from Beijing city center. Independent courtyard with parking at the door, and charging pile available. You can bring your own ingredients to cook, or if you don't want to cook, you can go to Huashengyuan Juanziwang Farm Restaurant, Classic Barbecue Bar, Fangdan Xinyan Shaobing, or Jishang Xiaoge Beef Steamed Dumplings & Fried Skewers for a meal. The food is delicious. Also equipped with a fireplace, tea set, mahjong table, surround sound KTV with outdoor projector, and tennis court. Perfect for family gatherings, parent-child outings, and team building activities. Nearby attractions: Yajishan Tourist Scenic Area (said to be very effective for praying for wealth, academic success, and marriage); Shilinxia, Xiyushui Reservoir, Jingdong Grand Canyon, Jingdong Grand Cave, Tianyunshan Scenic Area, Jinhai Lake Scenic Area. The Pinggu Peach Blossom Festival is coming soon! Enjoy spring flowers, relax and de-stress, and experience a leisurely slow life. It's also a great place for a weekend outing near Beijing!
