I chose a 60-minute Chinese massage with oil pushing. The masseur asked which areas were more tired and focused on those first, then finished with oil pushing. My friend focused on leg massage, while I had my head, shoulders, and neck massaged. The flexibility is very high. During the session, the masseur also used a moxibustion machine on my lower abdomen and back, which felt warm and helped with blood circulation. The attitude was very good, and they didn't chat too much. Occasionally, they would start a conversation, and the atmosphere was nice.
