Price per Person - 50+ (hotpot) Rating - We arrived at 6pm at Empire Hotspot to find it empty. Decided to still give it a try as rating on google is pretty high. Ordered 2 soupbase - fish maw + shark cartilage and japanese rice wine clam soup. Both were great! The former taste like your usual collagen soup but less thick. We then decided to splurge and went for fresh fish. Got the grouper for 2pax and it was really fresh! My only issue was i kept getting little fish bones on my fish whereas my partner got none. 2 hours after eating, we still didnt feel thirsty! Guess there is minimal MSG. Would highly recommend this place for hotpot lovers! Plus point is that there is no queue.
