Full review of Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone JW Marriott Hotel I had a great stay at Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone JW Marriott Hotel. Here is a detailed review of my experience. 🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness: The room was well soundproofed, effectively blocking out external noise and providing a quiet and comfortable environment for guests. The room was also very clean, with every corner spotless, the bed tidy, and the bathroom clean and odor-free, allowing guests to stay with peace of mind. 🏘️Room type/Layout: I chose an executive king room, which was spacious and well laid out, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort, and allowing for easy movement. 🛌Amenities/Facilities: The room had many highlights in terms of hardware facilities. The smart toilet was convenient and comfortable to use. However, the bedding, while of good quality, could be more comfortable, which may not meet the needs of guests with high sleep quality requirements. 💰Average cost per person: In terms of price, the hotel offers great value for money. The price of a standard room is around 600 all year round, which is very attractive compared to the five-star quality and services offered, allowing more guests to enjoy a high-end hotel experience. 💗Other tips: In terms of service, as a Gold Card member, I received a welcome gift from the hotel, which was a nice touch. The service in the lounge was particularly good, with staff being warm and attentive, and providing great service, making guests feel warm and relaxed. However, the front desk service was relatively cold, which could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. In terms of food, the seafood spicy soup from room service was excellent and highly recommended to other guests. The HH (Happy Hour) menu was relatively limited, and the quality of the beef could be improved. The dishes that night included mixed vegetables, duck confit, and beef strips with king oyster mushrooms, with desserts such as egg tarts and caramel pudding, which were average overall. Breakfast was relatively varied, and the restaurant staff were very prompt, clearing plates quickly. The beef noodles were delicious, with plenty of bamboo shoots and meat. I had also tried them when ordering room service before, and they left a good impression. Overall, Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone JW Marriott Hotel is worth recommending for its value for money and some outstanding services and facilities. I hope the hotel can further improve its shortcomings in the future to provide guests with a more perfect stay.
