Because of a picture, I made a special trip to Guifeng Village, Youxi County, Sanming City, Fujian Province, and encountered the beauty of the thousand-year-old village enjoying the autumn sun. Guifeng Village was built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The ancient buildings include residential houses, rice fields, ancestral halls, and temples. It has a long history and culture. Every autumn, every household takes out corn, peppers and other crops to dry, creating a beautiful autumn sun-drying scene. Although Guifeng Village is not as famous as Huangling in Wuyuan, it has as beautiful scenery as Huangling.
