Day 1: Overlooking the City's Borders In the early morning, we arrived at the Guanao Platform in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai. This is a place where you can take in the magnificent views of both Zhuhai and Macau. The platform is set at a high point, and standing by the railing, you can see the shimmering harbor nearby and the faint skyline of Macau in the distance, which is breathtaking. A gentle breeze brings an indescribable sense of peace and vastness. We strolled along the path on the platform, carefully appreciating the subtle blend between Zhuhai and Macau, and took picturesque photos. This place is not only an excellent spot to enjoy the combination of nature and city but also a window to experience the cultural convergence of Zhuhai and Macau. Day 2: Tracing the Footsteps of History On the second day, we visited another landmark of Zhuhai—Doumen Ancient Street. This well-preserved ancient street is full of old buildings with Lingnan characteristics. The winding bluestone road is flanked by quaint shops selling local snacks and handicrafts. We wandered here, feeling the weight of history, and even encountered a street performance that vividly showcased the vitality of the ancient street. At noon, we enjoyed authentic Doumen cuisine at a century-old restaurant, simple yet full of homely flavors. This day's itinerary not only allowed us to see the city's past but also to experience the rich cultural connotations of Zhuhai.
