I'll let you know a must-visit spot when you go to Namwon. A place that was beautiful during the day, but even more so at night, especially after renting a Hanok, it becomes even more beautiful. Even though I didn't visit on a sunny day, the sunlight was really beautiful. If you're planning a trip to Namwon, I recommend visiting with a Hanbok rental. Free admission with Hanbok rental. #falltrip It is a fresh road in Bamsagol Valley that marks the beginning of the full-fledged Bamsagol Valley trekking course. The Bamsagol Valley Tour Course is 9.2km from the Bamsagol Tour Support Center to Hwagaejae Pass, which takes about 4 hours and 20 minutes. Bamsagol Sinseon-gil is a barrier-free course, and it is convenient for men and women of all ages to walk around Bamsagol. Walking while listening to the sound of water falling from the valley, there is no way to heal like this. I visited Bamsagol Valley on the right date, but I saw many trees with only bare branches, although the autumn leaves were subtle. It would look prettier if it was more colorful... I don't know if it's because of the sudden cold weather or if it's because the tree died.

#NovemberTravelSupportEvent I traveled to a Namwon guesthouse, and since it was kimchi season, the owner made boiled pork with kimchi. I ate boiled pork for dinner and it was so delicious! The meat was boiled from the front leg? It was soft and delicious. They also added Jirisan trees, so there was no fishy smell or gamey smell.

After two years, I visited Gwanghallu again, this time with my family, making it even more fulfilling and enjoyable with the Month of Culture events. We rented hanbok at Hwaindang near Gwanghallu, watched a fusion busking performance in the plaza right in front, and enjoyed various traditional experiences and crafting activities at the experience playground. What I enjoyed the most was the Sato parade event! The fusion performance, which mixed colorful hanbok with traditional and modern elements, was incredibly fun and visually stunning. We also watched tightrope walking and pansori performances, had dinner at Wolgwang Pocha feeling the night market vibes, and enjoyed night performances, making the 2024 Month of Culture event in Namwon truly fulfilling. Please refrain from entering after 5 PM as it is a space for monks. It is said that the temple was established by Monk Hongcheok, who studied in Tang China during the reign of King Heungdeok of Silla. It is one of the representative temples of Seon Buddhism, established among the Nine Mountain Schools of the late Silla period. There is a legend that as the temple declined during the Joseon Dynasty, it was said that if Japan prospers, Silsangsa declines, and if Japan declines, Silsangsa prospers. The three-story stone pagoda at Baekjangam Hermitage, National Treasure No. 10, and the iron seated Buddha statue enshrined in Yaksa Hall, made in the late Silla period, is the largest iron Buddha statue remaining in Korea, measuring 3 meters in height. It is designated as Treasure No. 42. Since iron Buddha statues are rare in Korea, if you visit Namwon, you should definitely see this iron Buddha statue.

I highly recommend visiting Gwanghallu Garden in Namwon, a place that embodies the legend of Chunhyang. 😍 Gwanghallu Garden in Namwon, which serves as the backdrop for the Chunhyangjeon story, evokes the feeling of an ancient village. It even includes the pavilion where Byeon Satto tried to force Chunhyang to serve him, making you feel as if you've stepped into the pages of the Chunhyangjeon book. Gwanghallu Garden, which resembles a noble's garden where Chunhyang and Mongryong strolled and dated, is perfect for taking photos with your partner or friends while experiencing traditional Korean hanbok. 🤍 Guseo-do Station Video Shooting Site, 32 Seodo-gil, Namwon-si, Jeollabuk-do 🤍 Parking lot available 🤍 Pets allowed I visited Namwon Seodo Station, which is said to be the prettiest during my trip in May and June 😊 I was looking forward to it because it was a filming location for Mr. Sunshine, but it was nice to find a place inside Seodo Station where you can feel the drama scene! It's a place with an old atmosphere, so the pictures turned out really pretty 💟 #Domestic travel

Visiting the Kim Byung-jong Art Museum in Namwon City was a rich and inspiring cultural experience 🎨. Then, you have to walk up from the middle point. It's also a good hiking course. There's a rest area here, so it's nice to eat food and see the beautiful Jirisan scenery. #koreatrip Guryong Valley is a deep mountain valley that stretches from Hogyeong-ri, Jucheon-myeon, where the northern branch of Jirisan National Park is located, to Deokchi-ri, Jucheon-myeon, where Guryong Falls is located. This valley, which is connected by beautiful mountains and steep cliffs, is about 3km long. When you reach the top, you will see the Guryong Falls of Gukgokgyeong. There is a pond called Yongso under Guryong Falls, the first of the eight scenic spots in Namwon. There is a legend that a dragon ascended to heaven here in the past.

#Domestic travel There were so many things to see, eat, and enjoy that I didn't realize how much time had passed I was able to rent a hanbok for a cheap price, so I took a picture wearing it at Gwanghalluwon and got the best shot of my life I was so touched by the taste and price of the Makgeolli Festival, which was held in collaboration with Baek Jong-won 09 (Makgeolli was a whopping 2,000 won!!)
