Laojun Mountain Golden Summit Pillow Cloud Homestay
Saying goodbye to the bustling crowd, I made up my mind to visit Laojun Mountain, and a significant reason was this cliffside homestay with its glass floors, where clouds and mist linger in front of the windows. At the end of a steep slope of stone steps lies the homestay, always reminding me of 'Monk Comes Down the Mountain'. Whether to have breakfast on the balcony where you can touch the flowing clouds or in front of the window with a view of the mountains has become a question. In the evening, we have hot pot under the pine trees adorned with lights. When night falls, all the lights are turned off, and you can see the milky clouds sweeping past the window, revealing one or two stars; upon waking in the morning, the dawn has already tinted the wildflowers in front of the window red. Although the service of the homestay does not match the price, the unforgettable experience of waking up in the clouds makes everything worthwhile.
