The restaurant specializes in healthy fresh seafood hotpot 🦐 All the seafood is freshly caught from the tanks, including sea cucumbers, abalone, large prawns, sea snails, and more. The broth is made from an 8-hour simmered ginseng pigeon soup 🍲 The dishes are incredibly rich, featuring abalone, Liaoning sea cucumber, fish maw, and Qingyuan free-range chicken, all with multiple layers of collagen flavor.

Inside the Link REIT Center in Shenzhen, there's actually a 'Jingwei Zhang Roast Duck Restaurant.' I went there with my parents, and the restaurant is decorated in a palace style, with many funny pictures on the walls, including a hilarious one of Emperor Qianlong wearing sunglasses and taking a selfie. It was genuinely quite amusing.

Usually, when trying out a restaurant, we opt for a set meal. The layout and dishes of a set meal can determine everything from the start.
The four-person meal mainly includes a large roast duck, stir-fried lamb, stewed tofu, and choy sum. The portion of the roast duck was quite generous, and the most important thing was that the pancakes were hot and didn't have a frozen taste. However, I felt that the duck skin was a bit thick.
The stir-fried lamb had a strong cumin flavor, and although I don't like cilantro, it masked the grassy taste well.
The stewed tofu was extremely delicious and went well with rice.
The whole set meal included tea and a glass of hawthorn juice, and at an average of 150 HKD per person, it was both affordable and tasty.

I personally recommend the combination of the butter red pot and Chaoshan soup pot in a dual-flavor pot. The Chaoshan soup is lighter and highlights the original taste of the ingredients, while the red pot is spicy with red oil and smooth with butter, catering to different tastes.
As for the beef, all beef is freshly cut daily in an open kitchen. They offer high-quality beef cuts that are usually expensive in the market, such as tenderloin, brisket, sirloin, rib fingers, and chuck tender. Freshly cut beef is undoubtedly the best, and the highlight is that it's an unlimited buffet, so you can eat as much as you want!
I personally prefer the slightly thicker freshly cut tenderloin, which has just the right amount of fat without being too greasy. The freshly cut chuck tender, with its distinct muscle fibers, is very crunchy. The freshly cut brisket is chewy and gets crunchier the longer it cooks. The freshly cut rib fingers are a rare cut, being both bouncy and chewy!
In the teppanyaki section, the chef grills various foods on the spot, such as squid, garlic beef, and skewers. There are also ready-to-eat dishes like steamed dim sum, fried foods, steamed oysters, and braised beef noodles. The cold counter offers dozens of traditional hotpot side dishes.
For desserts, there are many homemade options like tofu pudding, brown sugar ice jelly, and shaved ice. The baked cheese durian is particularly enticing, with a more pronounced flavor, sweet and soft texture, and cheese pull. There are also many famous domestic ice creams and popsicles to choose from.
As for fruits, there are unlimited supplies of various fresh seasonal fruits, such as passion fruit, watermelon, cantaloupe, and grapes, all sweet and juicy.

I ordered their signature dish, marinated noodles. The noodles are paired with a unique sauce, and every bite is rich in flavor. However, the marinated noodles are quite simple and not particularly special. As for their soup, it is refreshing and not greasy, quite good!
Besides marinated noodles, their recommended tofu is worth a try. As for other dishes like steamed dumplings and fish, the taste is average.
